Rachel and her sister, Nora, were rescued from a kill shelter down south. Rachel has such a gorgeous dilute tortoiseshell coat that is incrediblt soft and fluffy!  They are very sweet and outgoing girls who love to play!! They are friendly and are always up for a game of "catch the feather!" Rachel and Nora get along well and enjoy playing together, so if you're looking for a great pair of kitties then look no further - these two are guaranteed to keep you entertained all day!  We also think they would be perfectly fine being adopted out separately as well - just provide them with some toys and they'll be happy as can be!

Rachel and Nora are spayed, has tested negative for FeLv/FIV, up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms
Adoption fee for Rachel is: $150

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:

Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
