Manix is a gorgeous big black Maine Coon mix with striking green eyes who was rescued from a shelter in NC. He is a TALL boy! He is very friendly and outgoing - he will run to the door to greet you! He is very affectionate and loves to be pet and held. He still has some kitten left in him, so he is very playful and loves to play with his toys! He has a beautiful long coat, unfortunately the long hair around his neck had to be shaved because it had gotten matted, but once it grows back he will be even more stunning!  He's only a year old so he still has some growing and filling out to do, he will likely be a very large cat.  Manix is a great kitty with a lot of personality!

Manix is neutered, has tested negative for FeLv/FIV, is up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms    
      Adoption fee is: $150

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption: 

Initial vet visit 
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers 
Monthly flea/tick preventative 
Ear mite preventative 
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
