Danielle was rescued from a high kill shelter along with her kittens (Blaine, Kendall, Kinsey and Baxter). She was a wonderful mother to them, and now she is looking for a home to call her very own! She is friendly and affectionate and gets along well with everyone. She is only about a year old, really just a kitten herself. She has beautiful soft fluffy hair and enjoys being groomed.
Danielle is currently being fostered in a loving home in NC while she awaits transport to DPR, which is scheduled for June 30th, but we are accepting applications for her now!
 
Danielle is spayed, has tested negative for FeLv/FIV, is up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms    
      Adoption fee is: $150

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption: 

Initial vet visit 
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers 
Monthly flea/tick preventative 
Ear mite preventative 
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
