Meet Willow! She is a sweet 6 month old Siamese who was rescued from a southern shelter. She was originally found under a hood of a car when she was just 3 weeks old back in January. The family wanted to keep her because she was so sweet, but their grumpy senior cat liked being the only pet and did not want a little sister, so they took her to the shelter. We are happy that we had foster space available for her and got her out of the shelter quickly. She is a very sweet and affectionate girl, she loves to sit on you and be pet and picked up. She gets along well with other cats, and the dogs do not phase her one bit. She also enjoys the company of the small children in her foster home!

Willow is spayed, has tested negative for FeLv/FIV, is up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms
      Adoption fee is: $150

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:

Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
