Just neutered and ready for his "Forever Family." Otis is a very sweet, fluffy, still a little shy 4 month old Shih Tzu from a puppy mill auction. His housebreaking skills are almost perfected. He rarely has an accident in the house anymore. Now he's ready for a better life with a family to love. He loves to play using his little feet to bat you. When picked up, he just cuddles right in. It's only been a week since being rescued from the mill and he's come such a long way in becoming a normal dog we have little doubt that he will be a little socialite in no time.
