For all of you "Orange is the New Black" fans - how about some "Blue is the New Black?!" These Russian Blue kittens (Caputo, Morello, Nicky, and Larry) and their tabby friends (Piper and Alex) were rescued from a southern shelter and arrived at DPR last weekend. They are all very friendly and playful kittens who are excited to find homes of their very own!

Caputo is a sweet guy who is the tallest and lankiest of the group. He is very outgoing and loves to play with his siblings! He is well socialized and makes friends fast! He gets along very well with other kittens, dogs and children!

They tested negative for FeLv/FIV, are up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms
Adoption fee is: $150, plus $40 refundable spay/neuter deposit

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:

Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
