Bombay / Domestic Short Hair (short coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Small
Poor Jane had a rough start--she was thrown from a car near the Landenberg, PA area. A young couple were hiking by the road and heard a kitten crying. They found "Jane" with road burns on her face and paw and took her to a nearby vet for urgent care (a picture of her face with the road rash upon her intake at the vet's office is in her bio). Luckily, Jane had no broken bones or major injuries. She went to a foster home the evening she was turned into the vet's office. In spite of her rough start Jane is "bombproof," meaning nothing really startles her or scares her. She is very dog-like; whe comes when you call her and usually sleeps with the dogs in her foster home, if she is not laying by her foster mom's side.. She is great with cats too. She is playful but moreso laid back. Jane is spayed, has tested negative for FeLv/FIV, is up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application" at www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms This website is updated daily.
