Charlie is a sweet Chihuahua mix originally from a puppy mill that needs an active family of his own.  He loves to play with other dogs, so he would be an ideal second dog or the only dog for a family that loves to take walks or be outdoors.  Charlie is very smart, plays ball, knows many basic commands, walks well on a leash and loves to snuggle.  He is ready for a loving home.
