Persia and her daugher (Misty) are adorable fluffy girls with great personalities! Persia is very relaxed and spends most of her time lounging around on one of the cat trees. She really enjoys being pet and is very affectionate! And she gets along very well with other cats. She has a little bit of "resting grouchy face" but we assure you she is the farthest thing from grouchy! She is very sweet and loving! She is a great kitty all around and we just love her!

She is spayed, tested negative for FeLv/FIV/HW, is up to date on all vaccinations and litter box trained. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application"   at   www.DelawarePetRescue.org/forms    
      Adoption fee is: $150

*Please note - due to COVID-19, we will not be able to do on-site meet and greets. Adoptive families can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone and do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. All paperwork will be done online and adoption fees can be paid by Paypal or Venmo. You can pick your kitty up "curb side". Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *

DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption: 

Initial vet visit 
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers 
Monthly flea/tick preventative 
Ear mite preventative 
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
