Els came to us from the Rockbridge, VA animal shelter where she was turned in because she was pregnant and her owner no longer wanted her.  She gave birth to 10 puppies June 25th and now that they are raised she is ready for a home of her very own.  Els is a mild manner girl, very affectionate and easy going.  She has beautiful brown eyes that will go right to your heart the minute you meet.  Her tail, never stops wagging.  Being part Plott Hound or maybe it's the Lab in her but no howling from Els.  She will warn with a few barks if she hears something or someone coming but settles down quickly.  Due to giving birth in late June she will not be able to be spayed until late September therefore she will be adopted out on a spay contract only (meaning a deposit must be left which will be returned upon proof of altering).  If you are interested in Els, please submit an adoption application.
