Uncle Rad is a gorgeous Flame Point Siamese with piercing blue eyes who is super friendly and outgoing! He was rescued from a North Carolina shelter and made his way up to DPR and is now looking for a home of his own! He gets along very well with all the other cats he is being fostered with. He will run to greet you at the door and he loves to be pet! He is about 9 months old and is a great mix of playful and cuddly. He will make a wonderful addition to any home!
This cat is neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FIV/Felv, is up to date on shots, and litter box trained!

If you are interested in adopting this cat, please submit a "Cat Adoption Application" at www.DelawarePetRescue.org/forms
This website is updated daily. If the animal you are interested in adopting is listed as "available for adoption", that means the animal is still in DPR's care.
*Please note - due to COVID-19, we will not be able to do on-site meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. You can pick your kitty up "curb side". Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:
Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
