Meet Pebbles! This dapper little fellow is the dad to Spot, Panther, Oreo and Rosie. He is very friendly and affectionate and enjoys being held and picked up. He gets along great with Spot and Panther who he is housed with, but can also be adopted out on his own if there is another male guinea pig to keep him company. He's very social and likes to have piggie friends around! He enjoys quality time with his humans as well. He likes when you talk to him when you feed him - his favorite food is carrots and oranges. He is chatty and runs up to the front of the cage and squeals with excitement when you walk into the room with some goodies! He's an awesome little guy, we love him and we know you will too!
Pebbles is one of 6 piggies who were surrendered to DPR when their family was no longer able to care for them due to housing issues, but all of them were extremely loved and well cared for and are clearly very used to being picked up and handled. They are friendly and social and are even used to being around dogs! These piggies will make a wonderful addition to your family! 

Minnie saw our vet for a wellness visit and got a clean bill of health and had a nail trim. 

Guinea pigs have wonderful personalities- they are gentle and we have yet to come across any who bite, and they keep a daytime schedule! They form close bonds with their people, similar to cats and dogs. Did you know they are able to recognize people based on scent, sound and sight?! These sweet animals make wonderful pets!

*Please note - we do not do on-site meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the guinea pig's foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the guinea pig. You can pick your guinea pig up "curb side". Guinea pigs can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
