Meet Katmai and Olympic! These two little guys are about 6 months old and are as cute as can be! They are a bonded pair, and are always cuddling together, eating together, and playing together. We are looking for a home where they can stay together. Katmai is the smaller of the two and has crazy hair going in every direction. He is very active and loves to dart around the pen and play (as young guinea pigs tend to do!). Olympic is more calm in comparison, but they both settle down when you pick them up. They have lived the majority of their life in a home with young children and get along great with kids!  They have the prettiest coloring! They love their fruits and veggies and exploring. They are at DPR due to someone in the family being allergic. 

Guinea pigs have wonderful personalities- they are gentle and we have yet to come across any who bite, and they keep a daytime schedule! They form close bonds with their people, similar to cats and dogs. Did you know they are able to recognize people based on scent, sound and sight?! These sweet animals make wonderful pets!

*Please note - we do not do on-site meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the guinea pig's foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the guinea pig. You can pick your guinea pig up "curb side". Guinea pigs can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
