Meet Chickadee! This adorable little girl has such pretty coloring and very soft silky hair. She was rescued from a local shelter who reached out to us asking for help with their guinea pigs. She is pretty tiny, only a couple months old and sweet as can be! She loves being held and cuddled and will stay on your lap for a long time. We had a Girl Scout troop over to meet all the fosters and learn about rescue, and Chickadee was a huge hit with the girls! They passed her around and she happily cuddled with each of them. She's wonderful with kids! When she's not cuddling, you can find her doing zoomies around her cage and popcorning! She is so cute and funny when she gets in her playful moods. She also squeals with delight when it is time for her fresh fruits and veggies! We love Chickadee, and we know you will too! (Check out their cute video!)

All our guinea pigs see the vet for a wellness visit and nail trim prior to adoption. 

Guinea pigs have wonderful personalities- they are gentle and we have yet to come across any who bite, and they keep a daytime schedule! They form close bonds with their people, similar to cats and dogs. Did you know they are able to recognize people based on scent, sound and sight?! These sweet animals make wonderful pets!

*Please note - we do not do on-site meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the guinea pig's foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the guinea pig. You can pick your guinea pig up "curb side". Guinea pigs can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
