Meet Baked Potato Soup! She has A LOT to tell you! Most of it can be translated to “keep petting me! Why did you stop petting me?! Pick me up!” (Check out her video and you’ll see what we are talking about-https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZT8hmgNoB/ ). She wants nothing more than all your love and attention, is that so much to ask?! She has the sweetest little nearly-silent meows too which just melt our hearts. It’s hard to say no to this one! She’s a lap kitten who’s looking for a home where she can be adored.
This cat is altered, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and Leukemia and is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

*Please note - we do not do in-person meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. You can pick your kitty up "curb side". Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:
Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
