Meet Verona! This gorgeous Russian Blue kitty is about 8 months old and is such a sweetheart. She just loves to be pet and cuddled. She is extremely affectionate. She will rub up against your legs and head butt you. She was part of a "TNR" (Trap-Neuter-Return) program in North Carolina but was so friendly and sweet they asked us to take her rather than releasing her back outside. She gets along so great with all the other cats and kittens she is being fostered with. She is pretty calm and relaxed, you can usually find her sprawled out in the middle of the floor. She's definitely not a crazy kitten, but she does enjoy playing with the feather wand toy from time to time. She likes her canned food. She is good with children and with dogs too! She'll make a wonderful addition to any home! 

This cat is scheduled to be spayed soon, is microchipped, tested negative for FIV and Leukemia and is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.

*Please note - we do not do in-person meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the cats foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the cat. You can pick your kitty up "curb side". Cats can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *

The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries.  We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
