Jacob was born into foster care 11/17. His mother is a beagle/basset mix. The breed of the father is unknown. Jacob is a big boy. His fur is similar to beagle/basset but he will not be a medium sized dog. If he continues growing at his current rate, his adult size should be around 75 pounds.
