This is beautiful Chance. He was given up by his original owners because he didn't get along with their cat. He is currently sitting in a shelter in South Carolina who receives in 50 dogs a week with an adoption rate of about 10%. Chance is a sweetheart who loves people and other dogs (just not cats).
