Meet Nani! This gorgeous, fluffy little calico kitten is sweet as can be! She is friendly and loves everyone she meets. She gets along great with cats, dogs and kids! She is about 3 pounds right now and has very soft fluffy hair. She is pretty calm especially for a kitten. She'll play sometimes, but generally can be found lounging around. She'll make a wonderful addition to your home!
This cat is spayed, up to date on distemper and rabies vaccinations, dewormings, tested negative for FIV/Felv, is on flea/tick preventative and ear mite preventative.
If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a "Cat Adoption Application" at www.DelawarePetRescue.org/forms

This website is updated daily. If the animal you are interested in adopting is listed as "available for adoption", that means the animal is still in DPR's care.
DPR cats receive the following medical care prior to adoption:
Initial vet visit
Spay or neuter (if cat is 6 months or older)
Rabies vaccination (if cat is 6 months or older)
Distemper vaccination
SNAP testing for FIV, Leukemia and heart worm
Broad spectrum dewormers
Monthly flea/tick preventative
Ear mite preventative
The above is standard for ALL cats in our care. But many cats we rescue also require some additional TLC prior to adoption, such as antibiotics, eye ointments, wound care, fungal treatment, x-rays, or various surgeries. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 charity. The adoption fee helps to offset our standard and non-standard vet bills.
