Neil was rescued from an Ohio puppy mill auction and is now looking for his forever home. He is a very friendly and playful little pup. He loves to cuddle and is just looking for a lap to love. Neil loves to play outside too with all his toys. He's very adaptable. He gets along fine with other dogs and cats.
