Update: Zach has arrived and is smaller than we had thought - only about 5 lbs and his records indicate he is closer to 12 weeks old. He is very, very friendly to everyone he meets but he does have lots of puppy energy. We wouldn't recommend a home who has cats unless they can stand up for themselves against puppies who find it hard to take no as an answer to wanting to play. Zach does love his toys and will play on his own for a good while. Even though he's a tiny fellow, Zach will need lots of exercise to burn his energy.

We're really struggling with Zach's mix. The shelter just keeps telling us he looks like a stuffed animal!! He will be arriving from Wythe County Dog pound July 14th and we hope to get a better determination. He is very friendly and full of puppy energy. A happy fellow for sure.
