Elaine was rescued from an Indiana puppy mill. Our best guess is that she's a Yorkie/Terrier mix (but whatever her mix is, she's definitley a cutie!!)

Elaine is the sweetest little girl you will ever meet!  She’s very calm and quiet.  She loves to be held and will stay in your arms for as long as you are willing to hold her, and every so often she will reach up and give you a little kiss on the cheek.  Elaine is well mannered and easy going.  She’s the tiniest of the “Seinfeld” puppies.
