Hi my name is Oscar but I am far from a grouch! My foster mommy tells me I am one of the softest and sweetest puppies she's ever met! I'm a very good mix of snuggly and playful. I absolutely love my foster parent's 3-year-old dog and would do well in a home that has other pets. If not though, I'd be more than happy with lots of human love! I can be shy at first when you meet me, but I warm up in no time. I'm told a have a pretty cute smile, too.
