Hi there!  My name is Peter and I was rescued with my siblings from a puppy mill in Indiana.  We aren’t sure exactly what breed I am, but everybody tells me that I am adorable!!  I am the biggest puppy of the litter at about 9 pounds, and I am also the most outgoing.  I am very brave and friendly with everyone.  I enjoy playing with my human friends as well as my puppy friends.  I love treats and sitting in your lap, but belly rubs are my favorite!
