CHELSEA and a bunch of other little puppies came to us from an Indiana puppy mill, where they were considered "spares" that the breeder could not sell to the puppy stores.  We were glad they contacted us, so that we could get the puppies vetted, and up-to-date on their shots. And now they are each ready to find a wonderful home.

Chelsea is a petite little Pekignese puppy with a big personality. She loves to run around & play with her maltese foster brothers.  But she can hold her own when they pick on her b/c she's the smallest. Chelsea also loves to be held, and will just chill out like a little rag doll in your arms. Since Chelsea is so tiny, we will only be accepting applications from families with children over 10 years old.
