Cally came to us from Lexington, VA when to the surprise of the staff she gave birth to two pups a day after she was turned into them.  They did not even realize she was pregnant.  She was transported the following week along with her pups to DPR and is now ready for a home of her own. 

If you are looking for love she is your dog.  Cally is extremely affectionate and wants very much to be by your side or on your lap.  She is housetrained and is crate trained.  She has found the joy of playing with other dogs and loves to go for walks.  Cally is not a barker but if someone comes to the door she will let you know.   She is a dog that very much wants to be in your arms.  She is a bit on the needy side but is starting to realize that there is always love for her and there are other things she can enjoy as well.  She is not a hyper dog and does well in her crate when left alone for part of the day.  She has found chasing her tail is lots of fun along with playing with dog toys.
