Hi, my name is Gandalf and I was rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana.  I am a designer puppy, called a “Teddy Bear”, which is a Shih Tzu/Bichon mix.  I am a very happy and independent little guy and LOVE other dogs.  I am very curious and when I am finished exploring, I take a wonderful nap!
