Hi, my name is Samwise and I was rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana.  I am a designer puppy, called a “Teddy Bear”, which is a Shih Tzu/Bichon mix.  I am a very happy and independent little guy, yet I love to be under your feet asking you to pick me up and hold me!
