Hi, my name is Cindy Lou and I was rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana.  I am a designer puppy, called a “Teddy Bear”, which is a Shih Tzu/Bichon mix.  I am a very happy and independent little girl, yet I love to be under your feet asking you to pick me up and hold me!  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my toys and love to carry them around in my mouth.  I love people and other dogs and will make a wonderful companion for you.  I am just the cutest thing ever and am always smiling!  I have a very small umbilical hernia which may need to be fixed when I am spayed.
