Hi, my name is Kenji and I was rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana.  I am a Japanese Chin-Shih Tzu mix.  I am a very happy and independent little guy, yet I love to be under your feet asking you to pick me up and hold me!  I love people and other dogs and will make a wonderful companion for you.  My coat is a stunning black and white and the softest, silkiest ever.  My foster mom says I am quite a handsome fellow and remind her of a Panda bear!  I do have a small umbilical hernia which will need to be fixed when I am neutered.
