Winston is our shy fluff ball from a Lancaster County puppy mill.  He's gaining confidence in people, but is still a little reserved.  Once he's in your lap, he settles in for as long a cuddle as you're willing to give.  He needs a loving home that will work with his shyness.  He loves his toys and will play chase with his foster buddies as long as they will.  When we're seated on the floor, he'll now come up for pats and hugs.  He's definitely coming out of his shell.  He just needs you!
