Hi, my name is Ralph and I was rescued from an Indiana puppy mill.  I am a designer puppy, called a “Teddy Bear”, which is a Shih Tzu/Bichon mix.  I love to be held and sit in your lap.  I am a bit shy when I first meet you but as soon as I know you are my friend, I will ask you to pick me up.  Right now I have a really bad haircut and I can’t wait to get to the groomer’s.  I am such a handsome boy loving boy underneath all of this fuzz!
