Rags came from a home with lots of activity including cats and kids but the local authorities had to take him away because he was not properly taken care of. He is very close to being housetrained and just loves to be loved. A belly rub is one of his favorite things to do. We needs to go to a home who has Chow experience and who can give this neglected beauty the love and life he deserves.
