Hi my name is Daisy! I was turned into a VA shelter in October, and was very pregnant and afraid. I was soon transported to Delaware though I was extremely underweight with my bones showing, and I was worried if my pups would survive. My foster home took great care of me over the next two weeks and to my surprise, on October 29th I became a mom to 8 healthy puppies! I took great care of them for 2 months and gained the weight I needed to! Once I was feeling better, I was able to show that I'm housetrained and can walk well on a leash. Now that most of my puppies have found loving forever homes of their own, I'm ready to find my own family. I'm a very loving girl who only wants to please and to be around others and I've been told I have beautiful brown eyes and gorgeous coloring. I LOVE belly rubs, playing with and chasing my 4-year-old foster sister, and going for walks at the park. I'm a very smart girl and learned "sit" and "down" in just 10 minutes of practice! I'd do well in a house with another friendly dog or an active family that wants to play and also snuggle a lot! Since I had pups recently I cannot be spayed until early January which DPR will cover and have done at the Delaware Stanton SPCA . I will be adopted out on a altering adoption contract.
