Hi there!  My name is Vince, but my friends call me Vinnie.  I'm about 9 weeks old, and I was rescued from a puppy mill in Indiana.  I am a two pound ball of fluff!!  But don't you think for a minute that means I can't hold my own with my foster brother, Quinn (who is literally 6 times my size!) I may be tiny but I have a BIG personality!  I am confident and curious, I love to explore, and I am smart as a whip!  I'm very friendly, and I get along great with everybody, including the cat.  I enjoy being held and giving lots of kisses.
