**THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING. PLEASE CONTACT KELI AT KELI@KELISSA.COM OR 240-744-4075 REGARDING THIS ANIMAL** Bentley is a special guy who is trained, housebroken, and loves every other creature he meets. He is looking for an equally special home. This is what his current mom has to say about him... Inspector Bentley is obedient, loving, does great with all people and dogs, and would be a wonderful addition to a home with another dog where he would get plenty of activity. He is two and a half years old, neutered and up to date on all his shots. Unfortunately, he suffers severe separation anxiety when he doesn't have another dog to keep him company and I am not in a position to get a second dog. After two years of failed attempts to solve the problem with behavior modification training, obediance classes, and medication, I have come to the difficult decision to try to find him a new home with at least one other dog. This was the hardest decision of my life. In addition to chewed carpet and furniture, Bentley has injured himself and made himself physically ill and depressed when left alone. When there is another dog in the house, he is absolutely fine, as long as he has adequate excercise. I need to do what I know is best for him, and that is to put him in a good home with another dog. I insist on visiting the home of any potential new owner and discussing Bentley's special needs before deciding if he would work there. Until he finds his new home he is staying with two other dogs. They are left for 8-10 hours a day while their temporary family is at work. Bentley does fine in this situation. With proper care and attention he should do wonderfully in a home with at least one other dog. More about Inspector BentleyGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids
