Good with Cats

Special Needs: Cindy Lu was rescued from a Puppy Mill in Lancaster, PA. We are amazed at how quickly she is adapting to life after spending so many years in a small wooden box having litter after litter of pups. Cindy Lu loves to follow you around and once she gets to know you, she'll want to be on your lap. She really wants to be the center of attention and would prefer to be the only dog. She doesn't have any interest in cats, so that would not be a problem. She is still very shy, and will need to gain your trust. She is crate trained and housebreaking is going well. Cindy Lu has been spayed, given her shots and has had her teeth cleaned. Her coat is now coming in beautifully and she is now ready for a forever home that understands her past and willing to shower her with the love and attention she lacked for so many years in that box. DPR's adoption fee for Cindy Lu covers the vet expenses incurred by us.
