Meet Wilbur!  This sweet little puppy was rescued by Delaware Puppy Rescue from a puppy mill situation in Indiana.  He is an adorible and playful Bulldog mix.  He is about 12 weeks old and is up-to-date on his vetting.  Wilbur does require a chicken and grain-free diet.  Wilbur is not fully housebroken yet, but he is almost there.  He is such a smart puppy! 

Wilbur loves to play with people and other animals.  He also loves to snuggle.  Wilbur gives the best puppy kisses and cannot wait to find his forever home with a great family.
