Hi there!  My name is Pepper, and I was rescued from a high kill shelter.  I am the smallest puppy in the litter (only about 9 pounds), and also the most outgoing.  I love everybody I meet!  I love to hop into your lap and give you kisses.  I'm just a happy, friendly, playful little puppy that would make a great addition to any family.
