Kelly is a puppy mill rescue. She is the sweetest puppy you will ever meet. Kelly is very quiet, affectionate, full of kisses, constantly wags her tail when you talk to her and loves to play with her toys. She also likes to run in the grass. Kelly is very tiny, and I believe a Tea Cup Chihuahua. The Veternary doctor describes her as "Kelly is unique in that she has what appears to be excessive female genitalia. Because of this unusual condition, when she does get spayed, she will need to be checked to be sure that her female reproductive tract is complete and does not contain any male parts."
