Isabelle was rescued from a Lancaster Puppy Mill thank's to her guardian angel Laura from NY. Isabelle (Issy for short) is a sweet girl that is just now realizing how nice people can actually be to a dog. Though her first three months of life were spent alone and unloved, she has opened up her heart just waiting for her forever family. We at first believed she had issues with her back legs but discovered it was only a temporary condition due to her inability to walk around in her small box in the mill. Her back legs are gaining strength and will be in great shape in the very near future with 100% recovery expected. She is just eating up all the attention she is now getting and the wonder of toys.
