Checkers came to us thin, unsure how to walk on solid ground and confused.  True to his breed he is rebounding with no looking back to his start in a breeder's cage.  We first called him Spider because he was used to having to determine each step over the cage wires he lived on.
He is being fostered in Pennsville, NJ with lots of attention and socialization.  When he arrived he was shy but so wanted your attention.  He is learning that life is good.  He is easy going and very content to be held.  He is also all puppy looking for fun and adventure.  If you think Checkers would be a good match for you please submit an application at www.DelawarePuppyRescue.org/forms  Adoption Donation:  $200.00 plus refundable altering deposit of $50.00.
