Kiara is a 3 month old pup. She is looking for someone to love and care for her. She is a tiny little girl who won't will only grow big enough to fit in your lap. She is currently in foster care learning to be a puppy. She had a rough start sitting in a dirty kennel without much attention but she is learning how fun people can be.
