Meet our newest mom, Madison…

Madison and her five young puppies were seized by animal control as part of a hoarding situation in South Carolina. Fortunately we were able to bring all of them to Delaware.
 
Maddie is a beautiful, sweet, gentle dog.  She is a small black lab mix, and we affectionately call her a "Labette"!.  Maddie has blossomed in her foster home.  She was kept outside in SC, so everything about living in a home is new and exciting for her.  She is very well behaved, a calm dog who is totally house trained and doesn't chew on a thing, so does not need to be crated.  She loves to be near you and will make a wonderful companion.  She also loves her puppies, but is ready for her very own forever home.  Maddie is being treated for heartworms and comes with her medication.  Our vet was unsure of her age and believes she is between 2 and 4 years old. Since she recently had puppies, she cannot be spayed for several more weeks, so will be adopted out on a spay contract.
