Andy and Barney were rescued from a high kill shelter in South Carolina.  We believe they are brothers, who were dropped off together and left in someone's yard.  We don't know exactly what kind of a mix Barney is.  He looks to be a small hound/beagle mix.  His brother Andy is a bit more petite, with a thinner, smaller frame and a more pointy nose. Barney is a bit shy, and Andy is the more outgoing of the two. Where Andy goes, Barney follows!  Barney is a sweet and happy little guy!  He is also doing very well with his potty training.
