Emma is an extremely sweet 13 yr old shepherd/lab mix whose family gave her up after 8 years of companionship because of allergies. Everyone in rescue who has met her has fallen in love with her.. she gets along with everything & everyone - dogs, cats, kids, you name it. She is not aggressive at all, however, she does like to be top dog. She enjoys being a watch dog for her foster family, as well as trying to be a lap dog on the couch. She is housebroken, spayed, and knows several commands. She listens extremely well & loves the outdoors. We take her to the pond with our dogs and she loves to play in the water - she still has a lot of spunk in her for a 13 yr old! She is a very peaceful & gentle dog who still has a great amount of energy and tons of love to give before her time is done.
