Update 12/22 - Cesar and his littermates arrived on Saturday and they are doing great!  Everybody is extremely friendly and playful and they love to meet new people. Cesar is a big guy who looks like he has some shepherd in him.  His coloring is absolutely beautiful, and he has the cutest spotted nose!  He loves to wrestle with his siblings, and he is very in tuned to his human friends.  He follows around his foster mom wherever she goes! 

Cesar along with his siblings will be arriving to DPR 12/20 after spending time in a temporary foster home in SC.  They are a litter of 8 that were rescued from Lenoir Animal Shelter.  They are friendly, fat puppies that have been well socialized.  We have no first hand knowledge of their parents but give an educated guess of Lab and Border Collie.  There is mostly likely some other breeds in there as well so we'll just say "All American" would best describe them.
