This little guy has had an odd start to life. His owners could no longer care for him so he came to DPR! We are told his mom was a dachshund and his dad was a chihuahua, however we think he is also part jack russell as you can see in the pictures. Kipper is small guy and is very sweet and loving. He loves to be around people and loves to sit in your lap and snuggle. This little boy is a sweetheart of a guy and gets along very well with puppies, dogs, kittens and cats.
