Patty was born in foster care on October 28th. She is a really happy and sweet girl with amazing blue eyes but she is very shy around strangers. She needs a family with experience socializing a timid puppy. We are not totally sure what breed Patty is. She has markings like a border collie but does not have the temperament of that breed. If you think you can provide an environment that will allow Patty to become more confident and not reinforce her shyness, please submit an application to meet her.
