Chai's mom died very unexpectedly and she and her sister Pekoe now need new homes as soon as possible.  They can be adopted together or separately.  Here is a little information about beautiful Chai:

Chai is a 9 year old female cat who gets along with everyone.  She is low-profile and has a slight independent streak; however that doesn't mean she's any less affectionate.  She is used to other cats and dogs, as well as children, and is spayed and litter-box trained.  Chai's idea of a perfect day is lounging in the sun and cuddling.  Mild mannered and accepting of all, she is certainly a good pick for someone to love and care for her.
